Smartrak has a planned maintenance window scheduled for the 15th of December between 1 AM and 5 AM NZDT(+13), where we will be performing an internet service migration.

Please note: if you use whitelisting for Smartrak services, you will need to add the IP address 202.75.135.31 to that whitelist, as some of our services will come from that IP address after this migration.

Smartrak services will be unavailable during the outage window. These Services include the following:

* Cellular based personal safety devices
* Iridium based personal safety devices
* Emergency alarm and tracking for GPS devices
* Smartrak app website (maps/reports/fleet servicing/pool booking)
* Smartrak admin website
* Smartrak APIs and web services
* Emergency notifications (both SMS and Email)

The following services are unaffected by this outage:

* Smartrak PoolCar booking system
